Kirsty Moore is the founder of 1816 Middle East Property Consultancy and MENiS, The Middle East Network in Scotland. For nearly three decades, she has lived, worked and travelled across the Middle East, witnessing the extraordinary growth of the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia from the inside. Kirsty’s knowledge is not second-hand.
Her insight extends far beyond property. She has a deep understanding of the region’s economic foundations, how real estate underpins national growth, how government policy and infrastructure investment are synchronised, and how data-driven planning protects long-term stability. This perspective allows her to interpret the market with precision, separating genuine opportunity from noise.
Kirsty travels regularly throughout the Middle East on independent research trips, visiting emerging communities and key developments to assess their potential and understand how each area is evolving.
